We are able to offer free initial legal advice on criminal law from the outset at the police station as soon as the individual has been arrested.
We have a team of criminal solicitors and accredited police station representatives who are able to provide advice, assistance and representation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on a personal or duty solicitor basis and we also provide 24 hour emergency cover.
We undertake to advise and represent our clients from the police station through to the Magistrates Court and if required to the Crown Court and to the higher Courts.
